This is a book I made last night at a friend's house. It pokes fun at fashion and snack food advertising. They both use surprisingly similar adjectives and nouns. I think it is interesting how fashion ads portray an unrealistic body image and the models look angry or afraid. At the same time, snack food manufacturers encourage us to overeat, in direct opposition to the fashion model's unrealistic body image while both industries promise an exciting and unique lifestyle if we consume these products. I utilized ads from a men's fashion magazine and a frozen food box.
